Questions and answers
Do I need to install an app?
No. TaxiBridge works inside WhatsApp, which you already use.
Which languages are supported?
Passengers can write in most major languages, including English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. You read and reply in Greek.
How accurate are the translations?
Translations are produced automatically by AI. They are usually accurate but can contain mistakes, especially with names, addresses, slang or very short messages. Always double-check important details such as times, prices and pick-up points with the passenger.
Where is TaxiBridge available?
We are launching in Greece first. Passengers from anywhere in Europe and beyond can message you.
